To our Email Center Pro Beta Users:

Earlier in the week we experienced a few short periods of downtime with a web server which were related to a memory leak in the application.

Yesterday at approximately 4:30pm PDT we released an update to the application that has been behaving much better in production than the previous version(s). We are confident that the issue has been resolved and the result will be increased availability and performance. Thanks for your patience this week, have a great weekend!

Have you experienced any temporary outages accessing your account over the past couple of days? If so, we’re working hard to solve the issue, and we should never be away for more than a few minutes at a time.
